Is this right for me if I’m still growing my business?

What happens during the group sessions?
We meet twice a month to work on what’s actually happening in your business including sales, offers, pricing, messaging, revenue opportunities and whatever is getting in the way. Expect strategy, coaching, problem-solving and accountability.

What if I miss a session?
No problem. Sessions are recorded, so you’ll have access to the replay and can catch up when it works for you.

Why is the program 12 months?
Because real business growth takes time. I want you to have the opportunity to implement what we work on, see what happens, make adjustments and keep building. This is not about rushing through another program, but truly understanding your sales cycle and growth path.

How is this different from the Power Your Pay™ 1:1 Annual Program?
You’ll still get coaching, strategy and the Power Your Pay™ methodology, but in a group environment alongside other women business owners. The 1:1 program is much more individualized and provides a higher level of private access to a coach.
